A NOTE
FOUNDER OF THE for you fund
When I founded the for you fund, it was with one fierce belief: no young woman should be held back by something as natural as her period.
Period poverty is not just about a lack of sanitary products — it’s about dignity, opportunity, and the right to pursue education without shame or interruption. I have seen firsthand how this silent barrier affects students, and I refuse to accept it as “normal.”
The For You Fund exists to stand in the gap. To ensure that female students have what they need, when they need it — free of stigma, free of barriers. Our mission is simple but powerful: to protect dignity, restore confidence, and open doors for future leaders.
Together, we can break this cycle. Together, we can ensure that no young woman’s future is ever compromised by something so basic, and so preventable.
